Penguatan Peran Guru dalam Mendesain Pembelajaran Berbasis Bahasa Ibu (Bhajawa) untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Siswa di Gugus Golewa
Abstract
The use of mother tongue as a learning medium has great potential to improve student literacy, especially in areas with strong regional languages such as in the Golewa Cluster. This program aims to strengthen the role of teachers in designing mother tongue-based learning (Bhajawa), so that it can improve students' literacy skills. The method used is through teacher training and mentoring, utilizing the lesson study model (LSLC) to design and implement effective literacy strategies collaboratively. The results of the study showed an increase in teachers' competence in designing literacy activities based on the Bhajawa language, as well as a positive impact on students' interests and literacy skills. Thus, this approach is expected to be able to enrich the learning process and increase the success of student literacy at the elementary school level.
