Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve Core Padel members' mastery of basic padel techniques through drill methods. Padel is a rapidly growing racket sport in Indonesia, particularly in urban areas, but its training methods are rarely studied systematically. The activity involved 30 Core Padel members and was held at the Core Padel field facility. The method used was structured drill training that covered forehand, backhand, volley, serve, and wall techniques. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-tests using a validated basic technique assessment instrument. The results showed an average increase of 23.4% in all assessed technical aspects. The drill method has proven effective in forming consistent movement patterns and improving the quality of participants' techniques in a relatively short time.
