Journal History and Accreditation

1. Jurnalistrendi: Journal of Linguistics, Literature, and Education was established in 2016 and was accredited at SINTA 4 in accordance with Certificate Number 28/E/KPT/2022. In 2021, the journal underwent a comprehensive restructuring of its editorial board and peer-review team. Currently, 50% of the peer reviewers are affiliated with institutions outside the publisher, and three peer reviewers are international scholars.
2. In June 2024, Jurnalistrendi upgraded its hosting infrastructure and domain, migrating from ejournal.unwmataram.ac.id/trendi to https://ejournalunwmataram.org/ojs3114/index.php/trendi/. This migration was undertaken to address recurring technical disruptions experienced on the previous server.
3. In February 2026, Jurnalistrendi was officially accredited as a national SINTA 3 journal based on the Decree of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Directorate of Research and Development, Number 0110/C3/DT.05.00/2026.
4. Based on the results of coordination and approval from the ISSN Management of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia via an electronic reply dated May 5, 2026, we have obtained permission to change the publication frequency to once every three months (4 times a year).
