PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS PUISI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE QUANTUM LEARNING DAN MEDIA VIDEO PADA SISWA KELAS X IPA I SMA NEGERI 2 BLORA TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019

Abstract
This study aims 1) to find out the application of quantum learning methods and video media can improve the quality of the process of writing poetry skills, 2) to find out the method of quantum learning and video media can improve the quality of the results of poetry writing skills. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The location of this study is in SMA Negeri 2 Blora. The data source in this study is the process of learning to write poetry in class. Data collection procedures using observation, interviews, documentation and tests. Data analysis techniques using comparative descriptive analysis techniques and and critical analysis techniques. Comparative descriptive analysis techniques are used for quantitative data analysis by comparing results between cycles, while critical analysis includes weaknesses and strengths of student and teacher performance in the learning process. The results of this study show that the application of quantum learning methods and video media to the material of poetry writing skills can improve student activities and teacher activities and improve the results of poetry writing skills. From the results of these student activities can be seen from each aspect, the first aspect in the first cycle was 18 students (66.6%), the second aspect was 10 students (37.0%), the third aspect was 9 students (33.3%), then 19 students (70.4), fifth aspect 20 students (74.0%). Then increased in cycle II increased to 22 students (81.5%), 19 students (70.4%), 19 students (70.4%), 22 students (81.5%) and 22 students (81.5%) ). The results of teacher activity in each cycle, in the first cycle amounted to 26 with enough categories, then increased in the second cycle amounted to 34 with the Good category. The average value of the results of poetry writing skills per cycle is 4.98 in the pre-cycle stage, in the first cycle of 6.77, then increased in the second cycle to 7.57
