Kritik Ekologi dalam Kumpulan Cerpen Cemara Karya Hamsad Rangkuti

Abstract

This study uses an ecocriticism perspective with the aim of identifying forms of ecological criticism in the short stories collection of Cemara by Hamsad Rangkuti. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive analysis method. The data in this study are texts that refer to the froblem formulation of ecological criticism, while the source of data in this study is the primary data source in the short stories collection of Cemara by Hamsad Rangkuti published by Diva Press in 2016. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by reading and record it, while the data collection techniques are passed through the stages of classification, description, and interpretation. The results showed that in the short stories collection of Cemara by Hamsad Rangkuti found a form of ecological criticism of illegal logging and wildlife hunting.
