Pelanggaran Prinsip Kesantunan dan Prinsip Kerja Sama dalam Wawancara Najwa Shihab dengan Anies dan Muhaimin di Kanal Youtube

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the form of violation of politeness principles, factors of violation of politeness principles, violation of cooperation principles only and factors of violation of cooperation in Najwa Shihab's interview with Anies and Muhaimin on Youtube Channel. This research uses qualitative research approach with descriptive method. The data in this study are in the form of all utterances with the source of the characters in the video of Najwa Shihab, Anies, and Muhaimin on the video on Najwa Shihab's youtube channel entitled "Exclusive: Blak-blakan Anies - Muhaimin  Mata Najwa". Data collection was carried out using free listening techniques with advanced techniques, namely note-taking techniques and data transcripts. The data were then analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the most frequent violations of the principle of politeness were the maxims of wisdom and praise dominated by the interviewer, while the most dominating violations of the principle of cooperation were the two interviewees with the most violations of the maxim of quantity and maxim of manner.
